Once you’ve picked out your fav sustainable goodies, you’ll have two delivery options to choose from:

1. Collect from a Pargo pickup point, making your online shopping even more sustainable! Pargo represents a new way of doing deliveries, where you easily select your closest and most convenient pickup point to collect your goodies. This type of delivery system allows for multiple orders to be sent to one point, significantly reducing the carbon emmissions of traditional home delivery. In fact, a study found that this Pargo click and collect system reduces carbon emmissions by 68% compared to traditional home deliveries! These are numbers we love to see. So, if your order is under R1000, you’ll pay R70 for delivery to a Pargo pickup point, if it’s over R1000, you pay nothing!
2. But not to worry, we realise this system may not be for everybody. We’ve still kept a ‘Deliver to your door’ option where your goodies will be delivered to your desired address. This is a flat rate of R100 for all orders.

Orders will be processed within 2 working days of receiving payment, and delivery will take another 1 – 5 working days.

We only deliver within South Africa.

→ A special note if you live in Plettenberg Bay: delivery will be free regardless of your order amount and will be to your door.

→ If delivering to your door, it should be an address where either you, or somebody you trust, will be available to accept your order at any time. For delivery of an order to be completed, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.

→ Unforeseen and rare events, for example adverse weather, closed roads, strikes etc. could prolong the delivery time. Therefore a ‘late’ delivery is not grounds for a refund or cancellation of the order. However, if your delivery has not been delivered after the estimated times shown above, please contact us with your order number so that we can follow up on the matter.
