Returns & Refunds

Please make sure to look through customer reviews, sizing charts, and product ingredients before placing your order to make sure it is something you want. Because sustainability is at the heart of our business, we will only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is damaged/defective
  • The product does not fit you
  • The item was misrepresented on our site

If your order meets the above criteria, we will gladly refund you for the product. If you wish to initiate a return, please email us at hello@intertide.co.za with the details and we will assess the issue. If the return is due to the product not fitting you, we will refund you, less the shipping fee for the return. If the return is due to the other criteria, we will refund you the full amount. 

We will only accept returns within 7 days of you receiving the item. Returns will be processed within 3 working days from receiving the product. All returns require proof of purchase.

We will not accept returns on feminine hygiene or menstrual products, such as underwear. Products bought on sale are not eligible for return. 

If you are returning an item that does not fit you, it must be returned in the condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed with the tags still attached.
